In 1998, Andrew Pandu Sembiring and team pioneered and started providing workers for Malaysia under sublicense of other company. At that time the workers are mostly work as a housemaid. During this periode we are also looking for agencies and employers to deploy semi-skilled workers to work in various field such as plantationts, various factories, construction workers, hospitality, oil and gas. In 1999, Ficotama Bina Trampil as Limited Liability Company (PT) was established by Andrew Pandu Sembiring.

Later in 2001, Ficotama Bina Trampil, PT. grew and started providing workers to Singapore. Similar to those which deployed in Malaysia Singapore, these workers are mostly work as a housemaid. During this period, we were also managed to deploy workers to Middle East to work in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Jordania and Kuwait. These workers are deployed to fullfil various vacancies such as housemaid, drivers, oil plantation, factories, oil and gas, civil condtruction.

In 2002 we are constantly expanded to other country. Providing qualified workforce like in Malaysia, Singapore, Saudia Arabia, Jordania and Kuwait, Hongkong, Taiwan and Korea until present. In the same year, there was a change of rules and regulations enforced by the Indonesian Department of Manpower and Transmigration to export workers overseas which divides Middle East Region and Asia Pacific Region as the workers destination countries. And according to the rate of demand we had at the time, and security matters concerning our workers, we decided and preferred Asia Pasific Regions market as our main target for informal.

Since 2019, Ficotama Bina Trampil, PT. expanded to Europe Market. We succeeded send workers to Poland which work in various factory such as LG electronics and Whirlpool. We continue our service providing general production worker in Automotive, Bread, Furniture factory and expanding to other Europe country such Slovakia, Hungary, and Czech Republic until present.
